How it works

Here's an overview of how we completed the project step by step.

1. Discovery

Tell us about your products and what are you looking for.

If you would like a quote before everything starts,  please tell us the details of your project, we will be happy to quote accordingly. Turnaround times are also available according to the information you provide (refer to the contact form or click the contact button.).

2. Time 

Set a time for the shoot.

Both parties sign the agreement which will include the Copyright, Deliverable, Project Schedule and Pricing. In order to protect the rights of both sides. Upon acceptance of the estimate a request for deposit in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the project will be sent to you in order to initiate your project.

3. Plan

To align the creative direction, here's what we do:

  1. We will draft a shooting plan according to your requirements

  2. A quick call to discuss the shooting plan, revise the details and Finalize the plan.

  3. Stay in touch. There'll be problems during the photoshoot. We always ask before we do.

4. Ship us your products

Pack up your products and ship them to our studio. Please share the tracking number with us when the product is sent out.

It’s a good idea to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Of course, pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. 

5. Production &
turnaround time

When your products arrive in our studio, we’ll contact you to let you know. Now that we have your products on-hand, we will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start. Once payment is processed, we’ll start shooting your photos.


Turnaround time

- Most projects are delivered in about 2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.

If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available. A 7-day rush can be added to any package (based on availability) for $325. During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly, so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

6. Delivery

Once your photos are ready and meet our standards for delivery, we’ll post them in a private online gallery where you can view and download them immediately. We keep your photos available online for 3 months, so you can come back and download them anytime. 

  • If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charge may apply) 

  • What if I would like an image to be re-shot?

If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge.

Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.

7. Project Complete!

When the project is complete, we’ll discard the products if you don’t want them back. Or please let us know if you would like the products returned to you, we’ll carefully pack up and ship them back to you. Shipping fees can be included on your invoice or charged to your UPS or FedEx account.
